The hotel exceeded our expectations with spacious and clean rooms, especially the large bathroom. Our son loved the proximity to the pool, which made up for the rough sea. The service was exceptional, making us feel truly at home, with staff even cleaning the beach daily. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and nearby establishments. The dining experience was pleasant, although a bit on the small side. Overall, a great stay with excellent value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, really clean, large, and well-appointed, although a bit warm. The service was so kind, lovely, and helpful, making us feel at home. Staying at Zamas was a delightful experience with clean rooms, friendly staff, and the charming touch of a welcome drink. Having your own hammock and sunbed right by the beach made it even more special. While the units were cozy, the proximity to the sea was truly a highlight.
Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The room was spacious and exceeded all my expectations, plus it was right on the beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Mara, the general manager. The location was excellent, even though we didn't swim due to seaweed issues. The dining options were good but slightly limited. Overall, a top-notch experience!
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The room I had, facing the sea, was simply breathtaking. However, the presence of seaweed did affect the beach's charm and made it less appealing. Despite the staff's efforts to address the issue, I struggled to get a good night's sleep until 2 am.
The hotel is situated in Coconut Grove, separated from the beach by the main road. It offers a great location with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The rooms could benefit from an update to reach a full four-star standard. However, the general vibe of the location makes up for it.
